Services

We provide guided tours and travel-related services in Portugal. All bookings are subject to availability, and specific tour details are subject to change based on weather, local conditions, or unforeseen events.

Booking and Payments

  • To book a tour, full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise stated.
  • We accept major credit cards, bank transfers, and other payment methods as listed on our website.
  • All prices are displayed in Euros (€), and you are responsible for any additional taxes, fees, or currency exchange charges.

Cancellation and Refunds

Customer Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for arriving at the designated meeting point on time. We are not responsible for delays caused by public transport or other personal issues.
  • You must comply with local laws and respect the local culture and environment during our tours.
  • You agree to provide accurate information at the time of booking. Any failure to do so may result in additional charges or cancellation of your tour.

Liability

We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that may result from your participation in our tours, including but not limited to injuries, loss of personal belongings, or travel disruptions.

Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance that covers cancellations, medical emergencies, and lost luggage. Our company is not responsible for any incidents or accidents that may occur during the tour.

Force Majeure

We are not liable for failure to perform any obligation due to causes beyond our control, such as natural disasters, strikes, government restrictions, pandemics, or other unforeseeable events.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Portugal. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services will be resolved in the courts of Lisbon, Portugal.

Refund Policy

At Limitless4All, we strive to offer the best possible experience. However, we understand that sometimes plans change. Below is our refund and cancellation policy.

Cancellations by Customers

  • More than 30 days before the tour: Full refund, minus any processing fees (if applicable).
  • 15 to 30 days before the tour: 50% refund of the total booking amount.
  • Less than 15 days before the tour: No refund will be provided.
  • No-show: No refund will be provided for any no-shows.

Cancellations by Limitless4All

In the event we have to cancel a tour due to insufficient bookings, bad weather, or other unforeseen circumstances:

  • You will be entitled to a full refund.
  • Alternatively, you may choose to reschedule the tour or apply the amount to a future booking.

Changes to Bookings

  • Any request to change a booking (such as changing the date or time of a tour) is subject to availability and must be made at least 7 days before the scheduled tour.
  • A rebooking fee of [insert fee] may apply.

Partial Refunds

If you need to leave the tour early for any reason, no partial refunds will be provided.

Processing of Refunds

  • All refund requests must be made in writing to limitless4all.lda@gmail.com and will be processed within 7-14 business days after approval.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of booking.

Non-Refundable Services

  • Certain services or products, such as tickets to specific attractions or third-party bookings, may be non-refundable. These will be clearly marked at the time of booking.
  • Travel insurance is non-refundable.

Third-Party Cancellations

For activities or bookings made through third-party providers, their cancellation and refund policies will apply. Limitless4All is not responsible for any changes or cancellations made by third-party service providers.

Force Majeure

No refunds will be given in the case of force majeure (acts of nature, pandemic, strikes, etc.) if the tour cannot be conducted. You may be eligible for a reschedule.
